These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoxCartAI websites, dashboard, voice agents, APIs, and integrations including the WooCommerce WordPress plugin (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
An active VoxCartAI subscription is required for production use. Pricing is based on your plan, conversation volume, and agreed commercial terms. Fees are billed according to your order form or dashboard. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, harassment, or to violate third-party rights. You are responsible for compliance with call-recording, telemarketing, and data-protection laws when deploying voice agents to your customers.
The VoxCartAI for WooCommerce plugin connects your WordPress store to the platform. You must maintain compatible WooCommerce and WordPress versions. API Keys and Agent IDs must be kept confidential. You are responsible for storefront configuration and informing customers as required by law.
VoxCartAI retains rights in the platform, software, and branding. You retain rights in your store content and data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate; you should configure guardrails and monitor agent behaviour. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.
Either party may terminate according to your agreement. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated by email or dashboard notice.
